Starts- $300 per month
The Bronze Service Level is designed for smaller businesses with straightforward bookkeeping needs and lower activity.
Appropriate for businesses with up to approximately 250 average monthly transactions.

- General ledger maintenance

- Monthly Profit & Loss statement

Best suited for businesses with minimal payroll & straightforward financial activity.
Silver Level
Starts- $450 per month
The Silver Service Level is designed for growing businesses with increased activity & the need for more detailed financial oversight.
Appropriate for businesses with approximately 251–400 average monthly transactions.

- Payroll reconciliation and payroll expense tracking
- Accounts payable and receivable tracking
- Monthly Balance Sheet
- Cash flow review
- Expanded monthly financial reporting.
Best suited for businesses managing projects, recurring expenses, and payroll.
Gold Level
Starts-$600 per month
The Gold Service Level is designed for higher-volume businesses with multiple accounts and increased complexity.
Appropriate for businesses with approximately 401+ average monthly transactions.
Services include:
- Everything in the Growth package
- Higher-volume transaction management
- Multiple bank and credit card account reconciliations
- Enhanced financial reporting
- Ongoing accuracy checks and review
- Priority support and communication
Best suited for businesses that rely on accurate, up-to-date financial data for ongoing decision-making.
Service Level Placement & Pricing
Bookkeeping service levels are determined based on average monthly transaction volume, account structure, payroll activity, and overall bookkeeping complexity — not short-term fluctuations. Occasional increases or decreases in activity do not automatically change service levels.
If transaction volume or complexity increases consistently over time, service level placement and pricing may be adjusted. Any changes will always be discussed in advance to ensure clear expectations and uninterrupted service.
This approach ensures you receive the appropriate level of support without paying for services you don’t need.
